Ingredients
• 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 8 oz whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
• Red food coloring
• Blue food coloring
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; beat until blended.
3. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
