  • 1 can (15 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare artichokes by draining well and gently patting dry with a paper towel.

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

  • Coat each artichoke quarter: dip in the garlic butter, then roll in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.

  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

  • Pat the artichokes dry thoroughly to avoid sogginess—crispy is the goal!
