1 can (15 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare artichokes by draining well and gently patting dry with a paper towel.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Coat each artichoke quarter: dip in the garlic butter, then roll in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
