Description

Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip with Hot Honey Drizzle is a creamy, tangy, and festive appetizer made with whipped feta, cranberry sauce, and a sweet-spicy honey swirl — perfect for holidays and gatherings.

Ingredients

• 200g (7 oz) block feta cheese, drained

• 100g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, softened

• 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2–3 tbsp cranberry sauce or jam

• 3 tbsp honey

• 1 garlic clove, smashed

• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

• Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

• Crackers or pita chips, for serving

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tbsp honey, smashed garlic, and red pepper flakes. Heat gently for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in remaining 1 tbsp honey, and let cool.

2. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, and lemon juice until creamy. Drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and fluffy.

3. Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon.

4. Spoon cranberry sauce into the center and drizzle hot honey over the dip.

5. Garnish with thyme and serve with crackers or pita chips.

Notes

– Make the whipped feta and hot honey up to 2 days ahead; store separately and assemble before serving.

– Use leftover cranberry sauce from holiday meals for added convenience.

– For a spicier dip, increase the amount of chili flakes in the honey.

– This dip is best served chilled or at room temperature.

– Not suitable for freezing — enjoy it fresh!
