Ingredients
• 200 g feta cheese (preferably full-fat block)
• 1/2 cup (120 g) Greek yogurt or cream cheese
• 1/3 cup (80 g) cranberry sauce or relish
• 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped pecans, toasted
• 1 tbsp honey (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for blending)
• Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
1. Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3–5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2. In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt (or cream cheese), and olive oil.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Spoon the whipped feta onto a serving plate and swirl gently with the back of a spoon.
5. Top with cranberry sauce or relish, spreading it over the center.
6. Sprinkle toasted pecans evenly on top.
7. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary.
8. Serve with warm pita, crostini, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
– For a sweeter touch, add a drizzle of honey before serving.
– Use store-bought or leftover cranberry sauce to save time.
– Goat cheese can be substituted for feta for a different tang.
– Walnuts or pistachios work well in place of pecans.
– Make ahead: blend feta up to 2 days in advance; assemble before serving.
