Description

Creamy and flavorful garlic butter lobster tails that you can easily make at home, elevating your dinner from ordinary to extraordinary.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (use convection if desired).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, make a slit down the back of each lobster tail without cutting through the shell.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat up so it sits on top of the shell.
  4. Combine melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the lobster meat.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and optional parsley.
  6. Place lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, until meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Optional: Broil for the last 1-2 minutes for added color.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the lobster; it should be removed once the meat turns opaque. Let lobsters rest for 15 minutes outside the fridge before baking.
