  • 20 oz (1 ¼ lbs) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley


Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken – Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and cut it into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.

  • Season – Add the chicken to a bowl and sprinkle with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until all the pieces are well coated.

  • Heat the Pan – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it heat until the butter melts and sizzles.

  • Cook the Chicken – Place the chicken in a single layer. Cook without moving for 3 minutes to get a nice sear. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.

  • Add Garlic Butter – Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Stir and cook for 1 more minute, until the chicken is fully cooked and coated in buttery goodness.
