Description

Ground Beef and Spinach Skillet with Feta is a quick, flavorful, one-pan dinner with Mediterranean flair. Made in under 30 minutes, it’s perfect for busy weeknights and packed with savory beef, greens, and creamy feta.

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef

• 2 cups chopped fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 medium onion, finely diced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 teaspoon dried oregano

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.

2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 6–7 minutes.

4. Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the beef evenly.

5. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until just wilted.

6. Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.

7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

– Use lean ground beef (85/15) for best results.

– You can substitute ground turkey or chicken if preferred.

– Frozen spinach works well—just thaw and squeeze dry before using.

– Try herbed feta or add a pinch of chili flakes for extra flavor.

– Refrigerates well up to 4 days; reheat gently in skillet or microwave.
