Description

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1 egg
• ⅓ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ red onion, finely chopped
• ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• ¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the olive oil until just combined.
2. Form the mixture into 6 patties, about ¾-inch thick.
3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
