Ingredients
• 500g minced beef or lamb
• 1 small onion, grated
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp ground coriander
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
• 200g creamy hummus
• 200g cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cucumber, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil (for topping)
• Paprika (for dusting)
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
2. Shape the mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning to brown all sides until fully cooked.
4. Spread about ½ cup of hummus into each serving bowl.
5. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumber.
6. Drizzle with olive oil, dust with paprika, and sprinkle fresh parsley.
7. Place 3–4 hot meatballs on each bowl and serve immediately with warm pita if desired.

– You can substitute beef with lamb, turkey, or chicken.
– For a vegetarian version, try falafel or grilled eggplant slices.
