Ingredients
• 1 cup (240 g) hummus (store-bought or homemade)
• 8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese
• 1 cup (150 g) assorted olives (Kalamata, green, or black)
• 1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small cucumber, sliced
• ½ cup (50 g) roasted red peppers, sliced
• ¼ cup (25 g) toasted pine nuts or almonds
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh herbs for garnish: parsley, basil, or oregano
• Optional: pita bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Select a large board or tray as your serving base.
2. Spread the hummus in a generous swirl off to one side.
3. Place the burrata in the center or slightly off-center as your focal point.
4. Nestle in cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and roasted red peppers in sections around the hummus and cheese.
5. Add olives either in small bowls or scattered across the platter.
6. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts or almonds for texture and crunch.
7. Drizzle everything with extra virgin olive oil and finish with fresh herbs.
8. Add pita wedges or crackers just before serving.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy as a shared appetizer or light meal.
