Description

Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps are crunchy, cheesy, and packed with bright herbs and gooey flavor. The perfect 10-minute appetizer or snack made with real Mediterranean ingredients.

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

• 1 tsp olive oil

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp dried oregano

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, crumbled feta, Parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and bubbly.

5. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray and serving.

Notes

– You can use kale instead of spinach — just chop finely.

– Dry spinach well after washing to avoid soggy crisps.

– Swap mozzarella with provolone or Monterey Jack if desired.

– Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.

– Store in an airtight container and re-crisp in the oven before serving.
