Ingredients

Instructions
1. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley. Prepare all herbs and seasonings.
2. In a shallow dish, pour the olive oil. Add garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Stir gently.
3. Add grated Parmesan and lemon juice or balsamic if using. Let rest 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
