Description

This Snickerdoodle Cobbler is pure cozy-in-a-pan comfort! With chewy snickerdoodle cookie dough, gooey apple pie filling, and a dreamy caramel drizzle, this easy dessert is perfect for weeknights or holiday gatherings. You only need five ingredients to create a warm, cinnamony, caramel-kissed treat that tastes like a hug from the oven. Serve it warm with ice cream, or enjoy it straight from the pan—no judgment here!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix (with cinnamon sugar packet included)

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • 1 egg

  • 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling

  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie mix (not the cinnamon sugar packet), softened butter, and egg. Stir until a soft dough forms.

  3. Divide the dough in half. Pinch off small pieces of one half and scatter them across the bottom of the pan.

  4. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar packet over the cookie dough.

  5. Spread the entire can of apple pie filling evenly over the dough layer.

  6. Pinch off pieces of the remaining dough and place them over the apple filling.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the top layer of dough.

  8. Drizzle caramel topping evenly across the cobbler.

  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

  10. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream!
