Description

Turkey and Spinach Feta Patties are juicy, Mediterranean-inspired patties made with lean ground turkey, sautéed spinach, and creamy feta. Perfect for a healthy dinner or meal prep.

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)

• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped and sautéed

• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• 1 large egg

• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1–2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Sauté chopped spinach in a pan for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Let it cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed spinach, feta, red onion, garlic, dill, oregano, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix ingredients gently until combined. Form into 6 patties.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

5. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

– For a gluten-free option, use almond or oat flour instead of breadcrumbs.

– You can substitute ground chicken for turkey.

– Chill patties for 15 minutes before cooking to help them hold shape better.

– Patties freeze well — reheat in skillet or oven.

– Serve with tzatziki, quinoa, or a side salad.
